Shipping, Shipping Costs, and Returns and Exchanges
We strive to process and ship your orders as promptly as possible. Please allow up to 3 business days for order processing and packaging. Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the delivery progress.
Shipping costs vary based on your location and the items purchased. Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will work to resolve the issue and provide a replacement if necessary. Please note that due to the nature of our products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for items that are not damaged or incorrect.
Refunds, Size Exchanges, and Cancellation Policy
Refunds will be provided for damaged or incorrect items. Please provide clear photos of the damaged item and the packaging within 2 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
If you ordered clothing and received the incorrect size, we offer size exchanges for unworn and unwashed items. Contact us within 2 days of receiving your order to initiate a size exchange.
Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once the order is processed and shipped, it cannot be canceled.
